Dithering Dave ,,,, his idea of motivating players was wading through the cold rivers of Austria .. Never a top class manager for Manchester United . Just a dour man who does not know how to handle talent Ask the united the players and Rooney

So Lopetegui is confirmed. Moyes got 4.5 years in West Ham - that’s quite a long when you consider average time by managers in PL nowadays.

Btw. Some West Ham fans were so desperate to part with Moyes that have been wishing for loosing games at the end of the season. A little bit sad, that’s not quite football spirit and support for your team..

I understand fans’ frustration with Moyes’ style at times. But he gave them some good finishes and a European trophy. Good luck to Lopetegui who has to win and entertain.

Really good points made again Henry. Enjoy this new format of article and that we still get your views on the game. Correct about Moyes. They shouldn’t just wait until the Monday after the season ends to put out a statement saying he has left. It’s in the best interests of everyone if he departs. He has done very well. But if West Ham want expansive Football then Lopetegui is not your man. He may make you very organised like he did with Wolves but it wasn’t total football like some of these West Ham fans want. It was very defensive at times. Good luck to him all the same.

Time for Thiago Silva to go. Great player and professional but he is past his best and Chelsea can’t be what Chelsea need going forward. He has been exposed quite a few times this season due to a lack of pace in a back four. Great to have had him in the Premier League for a few years but he deserves to go back to Brazil and finish his career although that doesn’t ever seem to work out for a lot of Brazilian players and they return to live in England. It’s a big change from Europe.
